An EMDR Intensive Therapy Program can help.
Pre-Treatment Interview
We will assess if an EMDR Intensive Therapy Program is a good fit for you. We will target unpleasant beliefs, body sensations, emotions, or images from which you are seeking relief.
Personalized Treatment Workbook
The customized workbook will highlight your treatment needs and goals and will allow you to continue your work before, during and after your intensive and you will be provided with clinical insights for additional trauma treatment with EMDR Therapy and help with referral, if needed.
A customized Treatment Program
Your EMDR Intensive Program will be customized and carefully designed specifically for your needs. Because each person is unique, no two treatment programs are ever the same. EMDR Intensive Programs are most commonly completed over the course of 2 or 3 days, typically 5-6 hours total of direct service, with your schedule in mind. EMDR Therapy Intensives are conducted virtually, in-person or entirely in-person, if that is your preference.
Post-Treatment Interview
A follow up session is offered to support your growth and learning and to identify any additional treatment needs going forward. Referrals for additional trauma treatment services or additional EMDR Therapy can be placed, if needed. Or we can even add additional sessions to your EMDR Intensive Therapy Program. It's about what you need!
