EMDR THERAPY CAN HELP

Helping people find pathways to release shame, rediscover who they are, and live a life with power over their triggers through EMDR Therapy.

WHAT IS EMDR?

If you have a negative view of yourself or the world, EMDR can help you form a more positive and helpful viewpoint.

EMDR is not just for trauma; it is also used for performance enhancement. Consider EMDR to decrease anxiety and build confidence at work and social situations.

EMDR addresses the psychological and physical symptoms stemming from adverse life experiences.

SUPPORTIVE RESEARCH:

24 randomized controlled trials support the positive effects of EMDR therapy for emotional trauma and other adverse life experiences.

Seven of 10 studies reported EMDR therapy to be more rapid and/or more effective than trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

12 randomized studies noted rapid decreases in negative emotions and/or vividness of disturbing images.

Numerous studies share that EMDR therapy offers relief from a variety of somatic complaints.

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that really isn't you. So you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.
